Established in 1965, Guardian Angels Health and Rehabilitation Center in Hibbing, Minnesota, joined the St. Francis Health Services family of senior living communities in 1995. Today, we are a Medicare and Medicaid Certified facility, and specialize in offering skilled nursing care, including end of life care, as well as short and long-term rehabilitation services.
