East Ridge Court is a one story 18 – unit senior housing complex established by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for income eligible senior who are 62 years of age and older. (Income eligibility is determined on monthly income – not assets.)

East Ridge Court is located on the campus of Renville Health Services in the community of Renville, MN. East Ridge Court provides options that allow senior to live independently in an environment that provides supportive activities such as the cleaning and maintenance of common areas, arranged meal programs, arranged transportation and more.
