A Community Centered on Independence and Respect
Prairie Community Services (PCS) provides homes and services to people with developmental and delayed disabilities, mental illness, traumatic brain injuries, and other health-related needs wherever identified in communities throughout Minnesota.
We emphasize activity-rich programming, integration within the fabric of every community, independence and respect for the individuality of those we serve.
Trained full- and part-time staff are available 24 hours a day and as requested:
Programming for individual needs supervised by a QMRP (Qualified Mental Retardation Professional), mental health professional, a licensed psychologist and psychiatrist.
Registered nurses, dietitians and other healthcare professionals who address individual medical and nutritional needs.
Participation in day placement, day treatment and vocational readiness on a regular basis.
