St. Francis Health Services has established a compliance resolution hotline and e-mail address that all employees, independent contractors, residents, persons served and family members are encouraged to use if s/he feels that any of the above individuals have not fully addressed the concern or if the employee finds the surrounding circumstances difficult to discuss with a certain individual. Employees should feel comfortable with contacting the compliance hotline or e-mail with the knowledge that all calls will be reviewed and taken very seriously. Everyone is encouraged to report potential misconduct.
